Insurance Professionals, LLC was founded in March 2020 — at the very start of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was an uncertain time to launch a business, but it reinforced the founding conviction: trucking businesses need a reliable, knowledgeable partner they can actually reach, not just a policy number in a system.

Principal Agent Carlos Garcia Jr. began his career in insurance in 2007 and became Property & Casualty licensed in 2009. Over the years that followed, he built a focused expertise in commercial trucking — an industry with its own regulatory requirements, coverage structures, and day-to-day operational demands. His work in trucking insurance has given him a practical understanding of what owner-operators and small fleets actually need from an agency.

The agency was built around a simple but deliberate vision: give trucking businesses access to more than just a place to buy a policy. That means insurance, surety bonds, DOT and FMCSA compliance assistance, self-service tools for existing clients, and useful industry resources — all in one place, with a real person available when it matters.

As an independent agency, Insurance Professionals works with multiple insurance markets depending on eligibility and underwriting. Commercial trucking remains the primary specialty, and the agency also serves freight brokers, CDL schools, dealers, contractors, and other qualifying commercial businesses where properly licensed and appointed.
